The definition of torture

I've just returned from a short holiday to find Tomb Raider Anniversary sat on my doormat staring up at me demanding to be played. I'd like nothing more. I'm dying to boot the game, to check out the character's new moves, to explorer the mansion, to check out the graphics and the game play. But I can't.

I also want to finish Angel of Darkness which is also lying there waiting for me to complete it, sat there on top of my dead Playstation. Both games taunting me. So near yet so far.

I put both games out of my mind and booted the laptop to check my email and to get an update on the status of my current eBay auctions. I also took a look at the latest entertainment news and read that one of my favourite shows, Jericho, has been cancelled. Nooooo! The first series was one of the best new shows I've seen for a long time. It ended on a cliff-hanger and now, CBS are not going to finish it. Damn it! Can these f'ing American TV stations stop cancelling good shows?

Sigh.

Called Hing. I can borrow his PS2 in a few days. Yey!

I can wait a few days.. I think.
